The Office of Students’ Affairs at Indus University achieved another milestone with the successful execution of a five-day Cultural & Sports fest under the banner of Instincts’2017 from 2nd   to 5th  March’17  in the campus.

The inauguration ceremony was presided by Cdr M P Felix (Retd), Director Student Affairs, accompanying the Chief Guest, Mr Sumeet Tembe, an International Tennis Player and the Guest of Honour, Mr Himalaya, a Gujarat Ranji Trophy Cricketer, both alumni of Indus University, along with faculty members and students.

Instincts comprised of Literati (Literary), Aakar (Fine Arts), Rhapsody (Performing Arts), and Collympics’17 (Sports),winding up with a grand finale presided over by the popular DJ, Shaan of Tomorrowland fame.  The jury members for most inter-college events were invited from a verified of fields & expertise. The finale of Rhapsody’17 comprised of Performing Arts events namely Dance, Song, Skit and Fashion Show. The university campus came alive with splendid performances which left the audience, comprising of dignitaries, corporate entrepreneurs, faculty members and students, awestruck and asking for more.

On the concluding evening of the festival, DJ Shaan, the first Indian to perform at Tomorrowland, performed live. A total around 1200 EDM fans from across the city of Ahmedabad attended the concert.
